J-Stars Victory VS., the Shonen Jump 45th anniversary commemorative fighting game has added even more characters to its already star studded roster with – Vegeta (Dragon Ball Z), Sasuke (Naruto Shippuden) and Zebra (Toriko) bring the line up to 13 playable Characters with possibly more to come.
Looks like Bandaigames will be riding the love-hate relationships of anime characters as they have added the friend - slash - rival of Naruto (Sasuke,) Goku (Vegeta) and Toriko (Zebra) to give an added twist to the storyline of the game. Hopefully some other characters like Killua / Kurapica (HxH,) Sanosuke (SamuraiX,) Uryu (Bleach,) or Roronoa Zoro (One Piece) will also be selected to have an appearance on this upcoming and much awaited all star game.
Last time we had an article about J-Stars Victory VS and the addition of Yusuke Urameshi to this all star list. On this Shonen Jump scan, they gave an idea on how Yusuke's game play goes. As seen on the small green box on the lower left corner, We can see Yusuke getting jiggy with his long hair, fighting while possessed by Raizen, his father. With this we will see a lot more Ray Guns from this Yu Yu Hakusho character. Hopefully other characters from the anime will have an appearance in the game.

Another set of characters we are begging to see in this game will be from the "Flame of Recca" franchise. Imagine Recca summoning out all his dragons (and their powers) in a fight against Naruto and his kagebunshins, or against a Super Saiyan Son Goku. Another good fight to imagine will be Dylan Mikagami (Flame of Recca) against Dennis / Kurama (Yu Yu Hakusho.) These would definitely make my day!
